Landa Lake Gazebo Renovation

The original Landa Lake Gazebo was built in the early 1900’s as a part of Harry Landa’s private park.

The gazebo had a rustic Philippine design that complimented the distinct tropical appearance of the park at the time. Over the years, the Gazebo has had minor repairs but needs a significant refurbishment to reclaim the beauty of the structure.

The New Braunfels Parks Foundation held a Moonlight Gala as a part of the Landa Park 75th Anniversary in April, 2010. The proceeds from that event were designated to pay for the rehabilitation of the Landa Lake Gazebo. Texas Heritage Construction was selected to do the work. The project commenced during the retaining wall reconstruction project in early fall 2013.

The Gazebo restoration is complete and has been reset in it’s orginal location.
