Enjoy 2 beautiful rivers and 3 parks along our great route for the sixth annual Dos Rios Splash and Dash 5K will benefit the New Braunfels Parks Foundation. 

Two options on the 5K. You can just run the roads or for an additional challenge you can run the roads and tube through the chute. Awards are given for each category of race.

You will run from Cypress Bend Park to Prince Solms Park and then back to Cypress Bend Park. For the chute challenge, when you get to Prince Solms park you will grab a tube and float the river through the tube chute. You will then continue the rest of your run.

Wein & Saengerfest • May 5, 2018
Proceeds from the event benefit the New Braunfels Parks Foundation & the Downtown Assocation.
Along with wine and craft beer tasting, Wein and Saengerfest offers a host of entertainment and activities that include continuous live music, a grape stomp, artisan market, food seminarsand activities for the kids – culminating with a street dance – all in Downtown New Braunfels!

Admission to the event is FREE
Wein and Saengerfest is hosted by the City of New Braunfels in partnership with the New Braunfels Downtown Board, New Braunfels Downtown Association and New Braunfels Parks Foundation. Proceeds from the festival benefit the New Braunfels Parks Foundation and the New Braunfels Downtown Association and are used to enhance downtown New Braunfels.

The New Braunfels Parks Foundation raised over $75,000 for Landa Park Mini Golf renovations.

Black Ties and Tennies

Black Ties and Tennies, a Das Rec Scholarship Gala will be held at Das Rec, New
Braunfels Recreation Center on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. with the VIP party commencing at 6:00 p.m.

Callen's Castle is an all abilities park, much like Morgan’s Wonderland or Play for All Abilities Park in Round Rock.

This year’s Big Give will contribute to the purchase of Expression Swings for our parks. Expression Swings feature a face-to-face design that promotes interaction with one another. With a goal of $10,000, 2018 is sure to help promote overall health and happiness.
